RETURN POLICY


CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

An order cannot be canceled once it has been submitted. Your order will be shipped, and the tracking information will be uploaded 24 hours after it was placed.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the purchase date.

Free Shipping Items

Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund. Furthermore, if any order is refused by the customer, return shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE ORDER, but do let us know within 5 business days of receipt if the item you received is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will REPLACE your order at no additional costs. Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced.

Undeliverable Addresses or Refused Packages

For returned items due to undeliverable addresses or refused packages, there is a shipping fee along with a return postage fee, both will be applied towards the amount to be credited.

To initiate your return please send us an email and we will respond back with a return instructions including the return shipping address.

Refunds

Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within max 5-10 working days once the package is received and inspected by our returns department; however, in many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund as soon as it is processed.  After two weeks, if you don’t receive credit, please contact us at info@petfectproducts.com so we can investigate what happened to your refund. Please include your full name as it appeared on the order, address, order number, name of the shipper used, and the tracking number.
